1. About Purna.TV
Purna.TV is being developed as a digital platform for films, vertical stories, micro-series, short films, feature films, documentaries, docustories, web series, and other forms of audiovisual storytelling. At this stage, the website may primarily provide information about Purna.TV, launch updates, filmmaker outreach, project enquiries, and related communication. Submitting information about a project does not create any distribution agreement, licensing agreement, acquisition agreement, partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship, exclusivity arrangement, or obligation to review or accept the project. Any commercial relationship will arise only if the relevant parties enter into a separate written agreement.
4. Content Submissions and Project Information
If you provide information, links, screeners, trailers, synopses, pitch materials, or other project-related materials, you confirm that you are authorised to provide them. You remain responsible for ensuring that your submission does not violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights. Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, submitting material to Purna.TV does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Purna.TV. Please avoid submitting highly confidential or commercially sensitive information unless appropriate confidentiality arrangements have been made.
5. No Guarantee of Review or Selection
Purna.TV may receive multiple enquiries, projects, and proposals. We do not guarantee that every project will be reviewed; every submission will receive a response; any particular project will be selected; any project will ultimately appear on Purna.TV; or any commercial discussion will result in an agreement. Any decision regarding further discussion, evaluation, licensing, acquisition, or distribution will be made at Purna.TV’s discretion and subject to separate terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Purna.TV website, brand name, logos, graphics, layouts, text, design elements, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Purna.TV. You may view and use the website for personal or legitimate business enquiry purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Purna.TV website materials without prior written permission.
